  Hi I got a free domain but its asking me for a confirmation email but says ‘Unable to resend ICANN verification email’ when I click resend.

  Please could you send a confirmation email so I don’t lose my domain! thanks !

  We need details please.
  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?

  That domain is showing as already registered with GoDaddy.com. If you’ve registered it with them it’s not possible to register it here as well. Instead, you’ll need to use domain mapping to connect the domain to your site here.

  I’ve removed the domain upgrade from your account and restored the free domain in your plan. Please go to My Site ->Domains and use the domain mapping option instead.
