  My confirmation email link is not working, but I want to post on my blog which cannot be done until the email address is verified through the confirmation email.

  Hi there. Have you tried resending the confirmation email? There should be a link to do so on your dashboard: http://exercisebenefits101.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
