Confirmation email isn't being sent [even though it says it is]

  I have checked my email several times, through my spam and other inboxes, and still have yet to find the confirmation email that I need in order to start my blog. It’s come up with:

  “Please Verify Your Email Address
  In order to publish posts, please verify your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email that we sent to (email).
  Resend confirmation email | Send to another email address”

  I have clicked resend so many times! And still have nothing.

  Please help!
