  Hi,

  The user I’m adding to my site isn’t getting the confirmation email so can’t update the site – can you help?

  Tell that person to make sure their email address is correct on this page https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Ask them to check their email client spam filter please and if they use Gmail or a or G Suite account see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

  Thanks, Username is schmhnagmailcom They’ve checked their email address and all of the gmail issues and it’s still not coming through – they got the email to “accept invitation” no problem

  Hi there,

  Our logs show both the invitation email, and the acceptance confirmation email, was sent to their email address about an hour before you created this thread, and they were added as an admin to your site at around the same time.
