Confirmation email not received

    I am setting up a new site. caniambocrafter.wordpress.com I have entered the email

    (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    however the email has not been received. It isn’t in the spam or junk folder. I have tried adding a new email address however it tells me that there is a problem saving the changes.

    Can you please help me work out what the problem might be so I can register my email with my new site.

    Hi there,

    I checked the email address listed in your account settings and it doesn’t match the one you posted here. Can you go to your account settings and check your email address there for typos?

    You can enter the correct address there, and it will send a new confirmation email to the correct address so you can confirm it. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

    I’ve requested a confirmation email 4 times today and still have not received it. I checked my email address in my account settings and it is correct. I’ve received receipts at my account email from you so I know it is right. My domain is beeforeitsaquilt.com

    No, the email did not arrive. The email on my account is correct. Please send the confirmation email again. (email visible only to moderators and staff) I’ve received several emails from WP at that address. It’s only the confirmation email that isn’t arriving. I’m paying for this service (the $99 annual fee) so please assist.

    Hi beeforeitsaquilt,

    That’s the email address I sent an email to. I’ll resend that email now, but if you don’t see it in your inbox please follow the steps on our Gmail Issues troubleshooting page to find that email from me. You can search for a subject line including the phrase “Confirmation email not received” to find it.
