  Hi

  I’m not receiving the email which is supposed to be used to validate my email address. Can someone please assist? Thanks.

  Hi @opteron47,

  Have you checked the email address you used to create this wordpress.com account?
  Have you double checked your spam/junk folder?
  If you use Gmail, also double check this for help on issues specific to Gmail: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

  If you still can’t find anything, add “modlook” to the tags for this thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance.
  Then don’t forget to subscribe to the thread in order to get notify once they reply back to you.

  Yes, I’ve double-checked the email address in my profile. It doesn’t come in spam either. I have a gmail account.

  To fix this issue I’m going to send you an email about this situation to the address associated with your WordPress.com account. Please post here if you don’t receive it. Since it’s a Gmail account, the email can go to the Social tab too.
