Confirmation Email Not Received

  Hello,
  I have been trying to verify my account but I am not receiving the email. I have been using the link provided in the “menus” feature-which is currently locked having not been verified- as it is the only link I can find. I have been clicking it throughout the day, refreshing all my tabs, and logging in and out of my email and wordpress accounts, but to no avail. Perhaps that link is broken and there is another I can use? I have also read elsewhere in the forums where this problem was solved by a staff member sending the request manually via email. If I could get some assistance with this matter, that’d be greatly appreciated.
