  Hi there,

  Can you please check the spam folder in your email program to make sure the messages were not sent there by mistake?

  If you’re using Gmail, please check out the Gmail troubleshooting guide.

  Let me know if you’re still not getting that confirmation email.

  I never tell bloggers to get back to me because Volunteers cannot do anything in this regard, only Staff can.

  Understood.

  [venting] I see new Volunteers adopting this habit and want to scream when I see them posting get back to me when they have zero ability to do anything but modlook tag a thread for Staff help. And, doing that modlook tagging is, of course, exactly what we need to tell bloggers to do when they are seeking help in cases like these.

  Back and forth exchanges are a time wasting annoyance to those who are seeking help. Our volunteer role is to provide the correct answer the first time so bloggers get support as expeditiously as possible. If I were on the other end and experienced this get back to me crap from anyone who is not Staff I would file a formal complaint. No kidding that is how I roll. I expect good custom service not the run around. [/venting]
