confirmation email not sent to subscribers

    I’ve been testing the subscription block on my website but visitors do not receive the confirmation email when trying to subscribe (also not in their spam folder). Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes
