Confirmation Email with Gravatar

  I’m trying to add an email address to gravatar. Apparently I tried this last year and it claims that I was sent a confirmation email. Well, I don’t have it and I looked through SPAM and deleted emails. Now, when I try to add the address, it says to contact us. Not sure why the system can’t just resend the email, but I don’t see an option. How can I get the system to resend the confirmation email?

  Hi there,

  When you were looking through your emails, the sender for that confirmation email would have been WordPress.com, not Gravatar. You can also attempt to re-set your WordPress.com password, which will also verify your account.

  @ethanhuntsgc, can you confirm what address you’re trying to add? Only staff will be able to see it.

  @sdixon194 you’re correct that these are WordPress.com accounts. Gravatar will allow folks to add extra addresses to the account, too.
