Confirmation of cancellation

Ensure I don’t get billed for anything. I am using the free trial to see if i am going to purchase in the future for a project. Can you confirm that I have no subscription at this time?

To ensure you don’t get billed. You can cancel your plan via Purchases. You should be brought up with a list of current sites under your account. It should clearly state that this site will not be renewed or billed once your trial is done. If not you will have the option to cancel it.

Hi there,
We don’t offer any free trials for upgrades on WordPress.com, and you have never purchased any upgrades so there is nothing for which you would be charged. Your site is on the free plan, and has been since you created it three weeks ago.

If you’re referring to the Jetpack Premium plan on your self-hosted site, you got that for free via our partnership with Pressable. If you want to cancel your Pressable hosting plan, you’ll need to contact them, as we cannot cancel and refund a service that you bought from someone else.
