Confit Theme Menu Problems

I am using the Confit Theme and when I drag and drop my menu items and save the changes, they do not stay. What can I do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please work through what follows and report back.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

3. If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/

4. Try using another browser.

(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/
(c) Exactly what any error reports you receive state. -
Thank you for the quick reply. I have done every step from 1 – 4 and nothing changed.
I tried it in Firefox Mozilla, Google Chrome and Safari. All of them are up to date.
I am using a 15″ Mac Book Pro to access The Dashboard.
The problem I am having is that when I try to relocate menu items inside the same category, via drag and drop, they don’t seem to reflect inside the dashboard after I click the “Save Changes Button”

I think this is a much simpler issue.
Unless you have paid for the Custom Design upgrade, the changes you can make in the Customizer won’t stick. It’s just a free preview.
You CAN customize the theme to a limited degree on the Theme Options page, on your dashboard under Appearance.

Are you referring to custom menu items?

Exactly. The “Reorder the food menu items at any time. Changing the order of items in the menu is as easy as dragging and dropping them up and down.” is not working in my blog.

(b) Google Chorme 32. (I have tried in Mozilla Firefox 26 and Safari 7 as well)
(c) Doesn’t let me drag the food menu items to rearrange their order.
