conflict of dark mode and live chat plugins just on mobile

    my live chat plug in does not work on mobile with my darkmode plug in. when ever the live chat is clicked on the site on a phone it goes to a blank white screen.

    I’ve gone to the support of my the live chat plug in which is Tideo and they suggested that maybe you can get them to work together on mobile.

    We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is self-hosted at Ionos.

    You could try to get help at the wordpress.org forums, however their help is limited as they don’t have access to the source code of those plugins. Only the developers of those plugins can help you, however plugin conflicts are sometimes very difficult to trace and solve.
