conflict page is showing in wp-admin link

  in my subdomain, I install the wordpress, now i am facing issues, the website is fine it’s showing good but I can’t access the wp-admin page, its showing conflict. I tried the rename of plugin and theme manually using the database also. I need help

  Hi there – Though we are not able to tell because your site does not load, it would seem your site may use the Jetpack plugin, but is not hosted at WordPress.com.
