Conflict with Profit Builder

    Hello,

    I am writing to you because I have just purchased and installed the ENFOLD Theme on my WordPress blog.

    But I have a problem.

    I work with Prodit Builder to make my capture and other pages.

    However, since I have been working with the ENFOLD Theme, the capture pages no longer display the overlay. There is only the capture form on a white background.

    can you help me solve this problem because Profit Builder is a tool that I use a lot for my work.

    Hi Fabrice,

    Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software, from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere), you’ll want to write on the community forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ or reach out to the Profit Builder developers. It sounds like there’s a conflict between the theme and the plugin but we do not have any control over any of those.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
