Conflicting sites

    I had a site years ago prospain.wordpress.com
    I recently bought jetpack directly from my new site http://www.filmservices.me
    I cant set my server credentials for filmservices (Which is my main site)b as i keep being routed to prospain. Is it possible to make filmservices hosted at fastcomet the dominant partner? This is a nightmare for me. Please help

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    While Jetpack uses WordPress.com accounts for account management, WordPress.com does not offer support.

    If you’re having trouble with Jetpack, you should reach out to their support team for help. Since it sounds like you purchased a plan from them, you should log into the account that made the purchase so you can get the priority support that you’re paying for.
