  I did not receive a conformation mail

  Have you looked for the activation email in your spam filter? If you use Gmail or Google Apps, please have a look at this support page for assistance: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

  Did you use the correct email? You can check it at account settings. If the email is incorrect, update it and click the Save Account Settings button. There’ll be a message saying that there’s a pending change. Check your inbox for the confirmation email and click the link within to verify your email address.

  If neither of the above solve the problem, add “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance with this issue.

  I did not receive your mail Kokkieh. I used the correct email adres. Also there is nothing in my spam box

  Let me know if you still need help with this.

  I’ve confirmed that all our emails are being sent, and they’re not bouncing back from your email account, so if you are not receiving them they are probably being filtered by your email client for some reason.
