  Hi there,

  The plan on your site renewed at around 10AM UTC on 30 January – that’s the time the charge went through. You only cancelled it eight hours later, and we automatically issued a full refund when you did that. You can see the receipts for both transactions here:

  You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
