Confused!

  I have 2 payments of £210 out of my account and I am not using WordPress??? And when I go onto my account it says I have purchased 2 bundle business packages and then if I go on the dashboard I’m only aloud to use the free version?! not that I even want to use it but why am I £420 if I have supposedly paid for a service I can’t even use?!

  If you have more than one username account please see these two spots in each one:
  Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
  Dashboard > Store > Billing History

  If you wish to contact Staff about the charges you see on your statement, please use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed):
