Confused!

    Hi, l have my site called smallestofallseeds+password, which gets me into my site. When l attempt to use the templates once i’ve installed jetpack, it the tells me to log in to access the themes. The problem is it is refusing to let me back in with the above.
    Now l have a different account with you from a while ago under my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) + my password, which it also refuses to let in. l am new to anything techi and do apologise if l have confused things. Can you please advise? from karen kowlessar
