Confused about .com and plugins
-
I recently paid $99 to upgrade my blog from “katievancan.wordpress.com” to “therainydaybaker.com”. I was somehow under the impression I would be able to do more with my blog after the move – (like add social media buttons to each post, i.e. tweet this/share on facebook/pin it) but have so far run into plugin roadblocks. Should I have gone with the .org? Any suggestions on what I should do next?
ANY help would be very much appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install individual plugins into them for security reasons. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
