Confused about domain mapping

  I have updated my wordpress site (www.torringtonwriters.wordpress.com) to have a primary domain of http://www.torringtonwriters.co.uk which is currently registered through and hosted by GoDaddy. What happens when I (or anyone else) logs on to the co.uk site?

  oh, it goes to the GoDaddy version. How do I change this as I don’t want to continue with the GD hosting

  You can use domain mapping to point your domain registered at GoDaddy to your WordPress.com site. Here are the general instructions

  Here are the specific instructions on how the domain mapping process works for GoDaddy.

  Yay, I have managed to do it! Using both sets of instructions it worked great, thank you so much.
