Confused about hits
-
Hello
I was wondering if you would mind giving me some feedback – yesterday’s post (http://toaustraliathelongway.wordpress.com/2012/04/14/waterfight-carnage-songkran-2012/) was my most popular post by about 40 hits. However, there were only 9 google searches that led people to my blog, and most people weren’t clicking through from facebook or WordPress. I also got 22 people the post from UAE, a country which has never shown up in my stats before.
My question is where did all these people come from if they’re not searching for the blog, never visited before, not clicking through from facebook? Why was that post more popular than the others? I would appreciate any feedback please!

You’re welcome.
Note: Why doesn’t the number of referrers add up to the number of total views?
Not all visitors will land on your blog by clicking a link somewhere else. Visitors may type your URL directly into the web browser, click a link in an email, or click a link in another application which then loads the browser.
