Confused about payment

    I do not want to renew my account, but I believe I missed a payment after I closed my PayPal account. Please help thank you

    Hi there,

    Are you asking if you’ve been charged for the plan?

    I checked your account, and the last payment you made to us was on 20 January 2021. You can see the receipt for that payment at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    You cancelled that plan on 26 February this year, and it hadn’t renewed again at that point, so we didn’t charge you again.

    If that’s not what you meant, can you provide some more detail about what you need help with?
