confused about renewing

Someone set this site up for me and paid for a year. I need to renew, but am confused about how to do that. “My upgrades” talks about Premium at $99/year, but that product is not listed in the “Store”… Please advise. Thanks.

I’ve tried twice now to purchase this at the link you sent. Each time, I get the same error message:
“This blog already has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscriptions?”
But there is no link to renew subscriptions…I can’t believe how much time I’ve spent trying to give you $99.

Exactly what is the URL of the blog?
Exactly which username account registered the blog and purchased upgrades for it?
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Store >My Upgrades to renew. -
Hi,
As I said in my first message, someone set this site up for me and paid for a year.
Then they transferred the Administrator to me. When I log in, I am listed as the Administrator for the blog under Users. I see the Renew message when I log in and then I click and end up here: https://indiebizadvocates.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades&update=no_subscriptionPlease help.

Only the owner of the upgrade can renew it, they can also transfer ownership of the upgrade to you, or contact us to request the transfer.
