Confused about tranferring blog to another user

I no idea when I signed up for another blog that it would group it in with my other one. I have instructions that tell me to go to hover over the adress My Blogs in the dashboard, and “transfer blog” will appear. It doesn’t. So does anyone know how to do this?

If you want to completely separate two blogs then note this please. When we register a username we supply an email address that becomes our unique identifier. When we are logged in under that username account and register a blog it will be registered to that username. We can create a “nickname” or “display” name but it will appear on all blogs registered to the same username account. Also any blogs we accept invitations to necome users of will be added to that username account.In order to completely separate the blogs that are not associated with each other you register another username account using a different email address when you are logged out of WordPress.com. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/ Then you add the new username account as an official user of the blog, and designate them (ie. you) as an Admin.
