Confused about what I have done

I’m very stupid and old. :P I have started a real estate investing business and I need to make a website. I *started* the process with WordPress but didn’t get too far before realizing I am NOT tech-savvy enough to use this site and I needed a more hand-holding site. I don’t see a charge to WordPress in my bank account. I went to NameCheap (the site I used to secure the website) and THOUGHT I set up a website on that site. But when I google ‘www.moxiehomepartners.com’ I get a skeleton of a website in progress and it says ‘hosted by Word Press’ or something to that effect. DID I pay for a website, or not? If I HAVE paid, I’d like to cancel the purchase and figure out my website elsewhere. Thank you!
