confused by upgrade screens

Email says upgrade to lab484.com failed, but I don’t see the upgrade option I want on Purchases. I want to renew lab484 domain for $26 a year. Its not an active domain. I’m pretty sure I need to upgrate credit card info. Can’t get to that screen

I received a reminder email with subject line “[WordPress.com] Automatic renewal failure for upgrade on your blog – lab484.com” but cannot find any renewal options onscreen after clicking the “Renew lab484.com” link in the email. I cannot find any renewal options when logging in, either, or by following instructions in help forum articles.
Here is what I see onscreen:
On manage purchases > purchases, all I see is big “Upgrade” tile for purchasing various monthly business plans. Nothing for “domain renew”. No reminders onscreen to update payment info like it says in help article.
On manage purchases > billing history all it says is you don’t have any upgrades. No reminder or renewal option here. I was able to enter a ccard # but that’s about it.
Those are the only 2 options I see under manage purchases.
For now, I do not wish to upgrade to monthly plans. All I want to do is renew domain for $26/year.
