    Hello dear Alicia(or Andrew, or.. ) . In fact, I also wanted to know this:
    Word Press takes always the annual fee authomatically or there exist also an option that the user can choose to renew the payment by itself?
    The authomatic system of payment is the only thing thats bothering me.. Otherwise I wouldn’t make all this mess about asking you to cancel my account , refund me the money back ect.

    And – Thank you! I am a bit confused.. I would like to have at your site my domain but only if I can pay every year the fee, not automatically. Can you answer me if it is possible and if it’s to late to have my account biljanapetrovic.com back?
    I am so sorry about the confusion I am creating to you! Usualy I don’t make this kind of mess! I’m so embarrassed! If you can confirm me my request you can stop the procedure of giving me 26 €back so I can keep my domain at WordPress and continue to be your client. Thank you very much!

    Just for your information on Auto Renew
    All upgrades are setup to be automatically renewed by default. We’ll send you notification emails before charging your card, however we do automatically renew upgrades 30 days before their expiration date. Why? Since letting an upgrade expire may result in unwanted site changes to your site or loss of domains, we want to ensure that everything is taken care of in advance.

    If you prefer to renew your upgrades manually and wish to have Auto Renew disabled, please contact support for assistance.

    Also the staff will help you with your plan and Domain as well.
