Confused Newbie

  Hello Everybody

  I am a complete Newbie and signed up for an account last night and did a bit of playing around as i usually do with new things. I have started a Blog and would like to delete/remove itand start again.

  Would some kind person inform me how i can delete/remove a Blog ?

  Hi Malcolm and welcome to WordPress.com. If you delete a blog, the address malgilb041640.wordpress.com will never be available again to anyone, not even you. Details here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/

  So, if your intent was to delete the blog in order to start from scratch at the same address, don’t delete the blog!

  If you want to start over at a new address, it’s best to create a new blog and make the old one private.

  You have cleared all your content from your “play around stage” – to “start over” just choose a new Theme and start writing.

  All starting completely over will do is change the URL. The only thing that is missing is the Welcome Post and sample About Page – and most everyone deletes them at some point anyway.

  If you go to the Dashboard go to Settings->Privacy and you can set the whole blog as private there.
