Confused newbie

  I started blogging a few months back but am still confused by a number of things and the forums aren’t helping me.
  1. where is there a list of global tags? Or are Topics the same thing?
  2. Where is there a list of awards and what they mean?
  3. where is the a dictionary of all the terms used in blogging? to help confused newbies like myself…

  1) yes, they are the same thing
  2) there is no global list of awards, anywhere on the internet
  3) there is none, but you can try Google.
