confused renewal messages?

I have the following email:
ageproposition.com on your blog The Age Proposition is about to expire. This upgrade adds the domain ‘ageproposition.com’ to your site.ageproposition.com costs A$26.00, and it is set to expire on October 9, 2016. If this upgrade expires, your site will no longer be available at ‘ageproposition.com’.
Renew ageproposition.com
The renewal didn’t go through, and we’re getting in touch because you’ll need to manually renew this upgrade.If you have any problems or questions, please do not hesitate to contact Support.
However I renewed it a couple of weeks ago and set up and automatic annual renewal. I don’t understand!!!!

Aloha keryncurtis, Maybe there was an issue with the payment process? The domain is currently set to expire in October, which means something didn’t go through correctly.
I have added the modlook tag to this thread so a staff member can assist you with this and make sure your domain doesn’t expire.

The auto renewal of ageproposition.com was unsuccessful. Did you receive an emailed receipt from us?
Please go here and select ageproposition.com. The next screen will have a red banner, where you can click “renew now” and you will be brought to a payment screen.
I do see that keryncurtis.com was renewed on 9/16/16 (but not ageproposition.com).
