Confused where this information came from for a blog and email address

  Weird log in information I did not put there, including a blog URL, I know nothing about. I have no idea how the email address, blog address, etc was placed with WordPress and associated with my private email address. Security seems to be an issue. I want to delete the entire account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
