Confusing comment fields in Baskerville 2 theme

The Baskerville 2 comment area is very confusing on a mobile phone.
1. Instructions say “Required fields are marked” but in actuality they are NOT marked.
2. I’ve had several commentators let me know that the symbols of a person, an envelope and a house are confusing. The fields instead should clearly say in the box “Name”, “Email” and then “Website”. Included below is a link to a screeenshot showing what the mobile version looks like.
3. The comment area displays properly on regular computer browser.

I’m not able to see that styling when I view your site on a mobile phone. Here’s what I see instead:
As you can see, all the fields are with a name and not an icon. What browser are you using on your phone?

Just to clarify – I am talking about the “full site” view. The generic “view mobile” version displays correctly.
I am using an iPhone 11 Pro with the latest OS and Safari is the browser I usually use. I downloaded Chrome and Firefox on my phone and I have the same issue.

Thanks for the update! I was able to reproduce the issue on my mobile device. The problem here is because you have the old mobile theme enabled on your site.
The theme you’re using is already optimized for mobile devices, so you don’t need to have that separate theme active in order to be compatible with mobile devices.
However, we’ve since deprecated that separate mobile theme. Since you’ve had your site for many years, it was likely enabled prior to our removing it but when we removed the setting it didn’t disable it.
I went ahead and disabled it for your site and that should take care of the problem.
