confusion about my wordpress account

    Hi there, I was hoping you can help me. I am really confused about my WordPress account. I think I have paid for a domain name called picapicagem.com, I no longer want this domain name but If I have paid for a domain name can I either get a refund, or can I change the name?? Thank you

    Hi gemmarapkins,

    picapicagem.com is owned by the account helpfulgemma and recently auto renewed. If you log out of WordPress.com and log back in with that username, you should be able to cancel it from the Manage Purchases page:

    https://wordpress.com/purchases

    Cancelling a domain means giving up ownership so it’s only something we recommend doing if picapicagem.com won’t be needed in the future.
