Confusion adding invited users

  I set up a blog yesterday and the first person to try it out was able to set up an account and then find the blog with no problem. I’ve invited about 25 others with the form, but some of them appear on the “invites” list as having used the invitation but don’t appear on the User List. I’ve tried adding each username to my list on the “Privacy” screen, but that doesn’t seem to solve the problem. Several have said that they get routed to the WordPress Dashboard instead of my blog when they enter the braidweaver.wordpress.com address. Can you tell me what we may be doing wrong?

  it just means that your blog is probably set to Private. It won’t be visible to anyone at all until they’re signed in to WordPress.com. They need to set up a WP.com identity with the same email as the one you emailed to invite them.
