Confusion around domain & email list

    I logged back into wordpress to collect an email list that I collected while my site was running. However, it was under the domain vitalkompany.com, and now I am not seeing that here or the email list. Did I log into the wrong account (my email (email visible only to moderators and staff), is not showing as an account for wordpress)? Or how can I access this email list (I believe it was through survey monkey)?

    Hi! You had a Business Plan, but it expired quite a while ago. If you’d like, you can re-purchase that and find out whether there’s still a backup available, and then get a refund if it won’t work for you.

    You might also check in with Survey Monkey directly to see what they have.
