Confusion between WordPress Premium Plan and Business Plan

  At least for a year, I want to write normal blogs so readers can read them, and I want the website to run smoothly as the normal ones. I read a bit about WordPress and I got confused about Plugins and Domain Names and whatnot. Please help me with that, I am new to all of this.
