Confusion on name changing for title on home page

  I do not wish to change the name of the blog ethicalartisans as I can not have a gap between the words, bit I simply wish to have ethical artisans as the title on the home page

  You can do that on the first line ie. Site Title here Settings > General

  YOu can change that under Settings->General.
