Confusion Over My Blog Stats

  I’ve set the date and time correctly (I’m in EST). Yet, whenever I look at my Blog Stats, I find that on the same day I see 50 people have visited my site, suddenly it plunges to just a handful or even one (as in right now, as of 7:45 pm EST). What gives?

  Is the Blog Stats page geared for GMT by default?

  That seems to be the only explanation.

  If you look at the bottom of the stats page, it says:

  Just a note: we don’t count your own visits to your blog. <b>All times are in GMT.</b>
