Confusion with the featured image in structure theme

  I’ve scoured the forum and couldn’t find what I am looking for. I have a general understanding of how the structure theme works and the featured image feature. But if you visit my site (http://www.cheesinhard.wordpress.com) it is a bit confusing. Not to me but to visitors. How do I get rid of the smaller image of the tree at the bottom of my post? I think it looks a bit silly for the same image to appear twice on my blog. Thank you in advance!
