By mistake, I approved a spam comment, and this survey thing popped up on my Dashboard menu and stays on every screen. I’ve cleared the cache on my iPhone and on my computer. Nothing will take it off. Any suggestions?

Hi there. Approving a comment shouldn’t do this, unless it somehow had malware embedded in it.
Are you getting this on both your computer and your phone? You say it’s on your dashboard. Where exactly? Can you provide a screenshot so we can see what you see? https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ You can upload your screenshot to your media library or http://snag.gy/ and paste the link here.
Meanwhile, try running a malware scan on your computer (Malwarebytes is a good free scanner) and try disabling any browser add-ons or extensions and see if that makes it go away.

I was able to screenshot my phone but am not sure how to send it to you, so I’ll send it through FB.
It IS showing up on both my iPhone and my laptop.

You can upload the screenshot anywhere online: your media library, dropbox, cloudup, flickr – anywhere you can then get a share-link you can paste here for us. If I can see what you’re talking about I’ll might get a better idea what could be causing this.
Also please tell us which browser you’re using on both the laptop and on the phone. Name and version number of the browser please.

Actually, just like that, they’re gone off my laptop and my phone, which is good because I’m not sure the version numbers of either one. 😊
