  Hi there,

  I see you have added a domain connection for “socialspot.hu”. I believe you may have registered this domain through a business named, Websupport – is that right?

  If so, you have two steps to complete before you can use this domain for a website you create here at WordPress.com.

  Step 1: You will need to log into Websupport and make a change to your domain’s settings. This change will tell your domain to look to our servers on WordPress.com.

  • Follow this guide to navigate to your domain’s “Name Server” settings: https://kunskap.websupport.se/en/kb/change-your-dns-to-an-external-provider/
  • Once you are at your Name Server settings, enter the following three Name Servers separately into their own field:
    • ns1.wordpress.com
    • ns2.wordpress.com
    • ns3.wordpress.com
  • Save the change to your domain’s settings – this will telly your domain to look to our servers in roughly 24 hours
  • Move on to Step 2 below.

  Step 2: You will need to purchase a hosting plan: https://wordpress.com/plans/socialspot7.wordpress.com
