Connect a domain to a short URL when it was purchased in another account

    How to pay for domain connection to a sort URL when it was purchased in another account. That previous site owner has transferred ownership but the WordPress status popup says the short URL upgrade purchase must be made in the account of the previous site owner that is no longer available to manage the site.
