  Im trying to connect wordpress and poll daddy accounts, but it keeps prompting my username/email is wrong.

  Good Morning @gladysjian2016 – Check and make sure that there are no typos in your email address. You may want to check the spam filter of your email account as well.

  Do you have more than 1 WordPress.com account or Instagram account?
