Connect as admin from 2 computers, from different IP

if I connect as administrator from laptop away from home I cannot administrate the Blog from home PC no problem.
This is what I see:

I was in school, I’m a teacher and i could not enter as admin:
the messege was this one:

The URL on address bar was:
https://quota96.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
and that happen all yhe time I tried to log in from outside my home.
This morning I was cleaning the firefox cache with CCleaner as I make once a month … and it happens again. I cannot enter with the cellelar codel. I tryed to remove the security of the code by cell.phone and I entered a neverending loop of code … backupcode
If you can resolve the probem it will be rwally good I administrate this blog that connects 4000 italian teachers at least 62 years old, figthing for their rights to retire in pension after over 40 years of work.

With IE 11 I can navigate but if I try to connect as administrator I get:Non riesco a visualizzare questa pagina

Is the internet service provider the same for both computers?

For now, can you please try clearing any WordPress.com cookies in your browser and see if that makes a difference for you?
