Connect / Disconnect of sites

Why do some of my sites that were connected not connected now. When I disconnect and reconnect, the plug-ins cannot be gathered.
I don’t know what has happened? Is it a plug-in conflict? If so, do you have any ideas as to what those conflicts may be?

Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins (passwords), features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you appear to be referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

I’m sorry I was not more clear. I understand the problem with the .org blogspot site and I am not concerned about that one or wordpress.ORG.
It is all of the other websites, which are connected to wordpress.com through JetPack. Sometimes they connect and show the plugins and sometimes they do not.
