  Hello Dear,
  I already paid to purchase your plan on the domain provider website on Mar 18, 2022. On name.com when connect to wordpress.com Iredirected to Alter.com. Please help me in this regard.

  WordPress.com plans can only be purchased directly from your account here. If you registered a domain elsewhere, you could connect it to your WordPress.com site, but if you signed up for a hosting plan with another company, you might not need to use WordPress.com.
  What’s the domain you registered? And what exactly is your plan for your site? Do you wish to continue working on janscoit.wordpress.com but with a custom domain?
