Connect Domain Name with Correct Website

I would like to link the domain name <olivebranchfilmsithaca.net> to the website <olivebranchfilmseries.wordpress.com>.
The domain name was purchased in July 2015, and was automatically renewed on July 12, 2016. The domain name now points to a non-functioning website.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @olivebranchfilmseries, this domain is owned by a different user who is not on your site, so moving the domain over is a bit trickier.
The fastest way to get it pointing to your new site:
– You would need to add them as a user to olivebranchfilmseries.wordpress.com
– The current owner would need to in touch with us to move the the domain to the correct site
– Then they can actually transfer the domain ownership to you using this step:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/#step-2-transfer-the-domainOtherwise, they can use all of the steps outlined here:

By the way, if you actually own both of these accounts, great. Just complete those same steps while logged in as each user.
