Connect Domain via Name Servers, Unable to access in My Site, Delete WordPress.com site

  1. We have created a new site on Wix and wish to connect our domain http://www.volcanoschool.com via name servers to only the following:
  ns10.wixdns.net
  ns11.wixdns.net

  2. We would like to delete the wordpress.com site. However, suddenly, our WordPress.com site is not editable. When we log in and try to edit the site, it says that we do not have a site and only gives the option to create a new site. Another administrator was able to get to a view that allowed him to select ‘delete site.’ He tried to delete the site, but it did not work.

  3. The person who set up the domain registration and WordPress.com site is no longer employed here. I am the new school principal and need to ensure that I have full rights to access and make changes to our accounts. Also, the charge for the automatic renewal is going to the previous administratorʻs credit card so we will need to change that, as well. We are searching for any record of our customer number, but so far have not been able to find anything.

  Currently, our site is down. Please help!
